In the spirit of legendary Afrobeat founder Fela Kuti, this political-activist party machine torches a live firework of heavy bass and rhythms, creating a style all their own.
The nine person collective from England, Italy, France, Congo, Argentina and New Zealand combine Fela, Parliament, Funkadelic and Frank Zappa to create an addictive sound that mines the finest ingredients from funk, jazz, rock and dub to create something new and almost indescribable.
Heavy funk and afrobeat grooves combined with content-awake and conscious lyrics are also the recipe for the fourth studio album, which is in work.
Since 2017, the band has been touring regularly in the UK and Europe. Inspired by their favourite trends around the world, they create extensive and dazzling sets for unforgettable live experiences.
